Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily activities that involve managing lease agreements and executing marketing campaigns to enhance the shopping centre's appeal. You will work closely with tenants and stakeholders in a dynamic environment focused on achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Manage lease agreements and ensure timely rental collections.
- Execute marketing campaigns to enhance mall branding and increase foot traffic.
- Oversee digital and offline marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with tenants for joint marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends to inform leasing and marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports on leasing performance and marketing effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Mall and Retail Leasing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ambitious and aggressive character.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to work on a shift basis, weekends, and public holidays.
Must be able to work in AEON Cheras Selatan Shopping Centre, Selangor.
