Job Description

The Assistant Manager Leasing & Marketing at AEON Cheras Selatan Shopping Centre is responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies to attract tenants, managing lease agreements, and ensuring timely rental collections. Additionally, the role involves executing marketing campaigns to enhance mall branding and foot traffic, overseeing digital and offline marketing strategies, and collaborating with tenants for joint marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in Mall and Retail Leasing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.

Ambitious and aggressive character.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The candidate must be able to work on shift basis, weekend and on public holiday.

The candidate must be able to work in AEON Cheras Selatan Shopping Centre, (Selangor)
