You will foster innovation through Lean methodologies, manage global stakeholder relationships, and mentor team members to enhance technical skills. The position requires driving automation initiatives while maintaining high operational standards in the alternative investment landscape.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles within financial services or private equity.
In-depth understanding of private market dynamics and alternative investment operations.
Proven ability to manage operational performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Exceptional oral and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Experience in project management and driving transformation through Lean or automation.
Willingness to work flexible or rotational shifts to support global business needs.
Proficiency in analytical tools; knowledge of SQL and Generative AI is an advantage.
Possession of Lean Green Belt Certification or similar process improvement experience preferred.
