The Assistant Manager / Manager for Hostel at SETIA IBARAT SDN BHD is responsible for the overall management, administration, and daily operations of hostels in two sites located in Perak (Teluk Intan & Lumut). This role ensures the safety, well-being, and comfort of residents while maintaining compliance with government regulations, overseeing staff, and managing resources to provide a secure and well-maintained living environment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in managing hostels, property, or facilities in any industry.
