
The Assistant Manager / Manager for Hostel is responsible for the overall management and administration of hostels. This role ensures the safety and comfort of residents while maintaining compliance with regulations and overseeing staff.
In this role, you will manage the daily operations of hostels located in Teluk Intan and Lumut, ensuring a secure and well-maintained living environment for residents. You will work closely with staff to provide excellent service and address any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of working experience in managing hostels, property, or facilities in any industry.
