ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE at Systemizer Technic Sdn Bhd - Selangor

The Accounts Executive is responsible for supporting the company's financial operations and administrative functions. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

In this role, the Accounts Executive will engage in day-to-day financial activities, ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately and timely. The work environment is dynamic, requiring attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately record financial transactions and maintain general ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including payments and collections.
• Maintain and update the fixed assets listing on a timely basis.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare weekly financial activity reports for management review.
• Assist in managing tax estimates, statutory filings, and year-end audits in compliance with local regulations.
• Utilize accounting software for financial management and reporting.
• Implement and maintain proper internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Coordinate with HR for payroll processing, including salary disbursement and statutory deductions.
• Compile supporting documents and schedules for internal and external audit preparation.
