
The Assistant Manager / Manager will oversee the operations of the Offline Double Chlorination and Cleanroom processes. This role involves managing a team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee and manage the daily ODC & CR cleanroom operations, including process monitoring, packing output, and production scheduling. Lead and mentor the ODC & CR executive and technician team; conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and manage headcount planning. Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and resolution for quality, yield, or output-related issues; escalate critical deviations to HOD and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent from reputable universities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in cleanroom or related manufacturing/process operations.
At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity overseeing a team in an industrial or cleanroom environment.
Discipline, well-organized, able to work in deadline-oriented environment.
Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & ISO14644 environment is an added advantage.
