Assistant Manager/Manager - Risk Management at IOI Properties Group - Putrajaya

The Assistant Manager/Manager - Risk Management is responsible for supporting the implementation and enhancement of the Group’s risk management framework and policies. This role involves coordinating risk identification and assessment exercises, working closely with various business units to ensure effective risk management practices are in place.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve reviewing risk registers and profiles, analyzing key risks, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that risk management processes are effectively communicated and adhered to within the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the Group’s risk management framework and policies.
• Coordinate and facilitate risk identification and assessment exercises with business units.
• Review and analyze risk registers and profiles to identify key risks.
• Work closely with business units on risk management matters.
• Prepare clear reports on risk management activities and findings.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders across functions regarding risk issues.
• Recommend practical solutions for identified risk management issues.
