Job Description
In this position, you will manage day-to-day risk and compliance activities while collaborating with different stakeholders. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on achieving strategic targets and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee risk and compliance activities to ensure operational excellence.
- Engage with stakeholders across the first and second lines of defense.
- Perform gap analyses and ensure timely closure of control assessments.
- Drive new initiatives according to regulatory guidelines.
- Investigate incidents and provide governance support.
- Maintain superior service standards within the PD business division.
- Achieve strategic targets through effective risk management.
Job Requirements
Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in Risk and Compliance, preferably in financial services.
Professional certifications like PCE or CEILI are an advantage.
Strong analytical skills for risk identification and incident investigation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
