As an Assistant Manager for Partnerships Distribution Governance, you will oversee risk and compliance activities to ensure operational excellence. You will engage with stakeholders across the first and second lines of defense, performing gap analyses and ensuring timely closure of control assessments. The role involves driving new initiatives according to regulatory guidelines, investigating incidents, and providing governance support to the PD business division to maintain superior service standards and achieve strategic targets.
Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in Risk and Compliance, preferably in financial services.
Proven ability to engage stakeholders across the 1st and 2nd lines of defense.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Professional certifications like PCE or CEILI are an advantage.
Strong analytical skills for risk identification and incident investigation.
