As an Assistant Manager - Project, you will ensure adherence to the company's Quality Management System and obtain necessary approvals for construction projects. You will coordinate with consultants during design and tender stages, manage project documentation, and report progress to the General Manager. Your role includes monitoring project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Degree or Diploma in Civil & Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
At least 6-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in property or construction
Sound knowledge of civil, structural, quantity surveying and architectural works
Good leadership skills to lead site project teams
Ability to coordinate with government authorities for approvals
