
The Assistant Manager, Quantity Surveyor is responsible for overseeing project cost management and ensuring adherence to budgets. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
In this role, the Assistant Manager, Quantity Surveyor will engage in day-to-day project cost management activities, focusing on financial reporting and tendering processes. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and negotiation skills to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant working experience in retail fit-out, commercial construction, or multi-site project environments.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control systems, tendering processes, and financial reporting.
Proven experience in managing multiple fast-track projects concurrently.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost reporting tools.
