
The Assistant Manager - Resorts Planning will support senior management in decision-making and project execution. This role involves identifying and developing new resort-wide projects, providing advisory solutions, and participating in committees to oversee project implementation.
Support the Executive Vice President’s office in Senior Management decision-making and execution process. Identify, develop and execute new resort-wide projects. Provide advisory or solution to assist in expediting project progress where required. Form and participate in committees to oversee, guide or implement projects, while escalating project concerns, issues or matters for approval to Senior Management. Embark on special assignments which involve research, analysis and feasibility studies.
A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, or its equivalent
At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. Management Consulting, FMCG)
Interpersonally-savvy, comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Adept in problem-solving and flexible in adapting to constant change
Experience in Project Management would be advantageous
A team player with prior experience in leading a small team is preferred
