Role Summary
The Assistant Manager - Resorts Planning is responsible for supporting the Executive Vice President’s office in Senior Management decision-making and execution processes. This role involves identifying, developing, and executing new resort-wide projects while providing advisory solutions to expedite project progress.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve collaborating with various teams to oversee and implement projects. You will also participate in committees and embark on special assignments that require research, analysis, and feasibility studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Vice President’s office in decision-making processes.
- Identify and develop new resort-wide projects.
- Execute project plans and monitor progress.
- Provide advisory solutions to expedite project timelines.
- Form and participate in committees to oversee project implementation.
- Escalate project concerns and issues to Senior Management.
- Conduct research and feasibility studies for special assignments.
