
The Assistant Manager, Safety & Health will lead safety initiatives at construction sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. This role involves overseeing safety policies, conducting training, and managing safety personnel to promote a strong safety culture.
Lead and provide expert advice on safety, health, and hygiene practices at construction sites. Oversee the development and implementation of safety policies, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Manage liaison with safety enforcement authorities, review safety performance reports, and lead safety induction programs. Identify hazards and implement control measures while supervising safety personnel.
Registered Competent Safety & Health Officer with DOSH.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety & Health, Environmental Management or related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in construction safety and health.
Strong knowledge of local safety regulations.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Willing to work flexible hours.
Willing to be stationed at Kota Samarahan, Sarawak.
