The Assistant Manager / Senior Valuation Executive is responsible for conducting property inspections and preparing detailed valuation reports. This role plays a crucial part in marketing and business development while ensuring timely and accurate report delivery.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily property inspections and collaborate with bankers and clients to provide comprehensive valuation services. You will also conduct market surveys and offer advisory services to clients, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property inspections to assess value.
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for clients.
- Liaise with bankers and clients to facilitate transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports.
- Undertake market surveys to gather relevant data.
- Provide advisory services on specific property sectors.
- Maintain regular updates on market trends and developments.
Job Requirements
Degree in Valuation/Property Development/Estate Management or equivalent.
Experience in Property/Estate valuation.
Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Prospects for obtaining a license to be a registered valuer.
Highly self-disciplined and able to work independently.
Good communication and organizational skills.
