Reporting to the Head of Sourcing, this role manages non-IT vendor procurement and sourcing activities to ensure cost efficiency and regulatory compliance. The position focuses on optimizing vendor relationships and improving procurement methodologies across various corporate service categories.
The Assistant Manager for Sourcing and Procurement (Non-IT Vendors) oversees the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for categories such as marketing, HR, and professional services. You will implement sourcing strategies to reduce the total cost of ownership and achieve savings targets. Key responsibilities include conducting vendor due diligence, negotiating commercial terms, and managing the tender process. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all procurement activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal governance policies while enhancing process efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
Prior experience in the financial services industry (insurance or banking) is preferred.
Proficiency in Procurement systems, with Coupa experience being an advantage.
Strong negotiation and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
High degree of integrity, work ethics, and a positive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
