The Assistant Manager, Sourcing, Procurement (Non-IT Vendors) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for various categories. This role significantly impacts the organization's cost efficiency and compliance with procurement regulations while enhancing process effectiveness.
In this role, you will manage daily procurement activities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency. You will implement sourcing strategies aimed at reducing costs and achieving savings targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
Prior experience in the financial services industry (insurance or banking) is preferred.
Proficiency in Procurement systems, with Coupa experience being an advantage.
Strong negotiation and professional communication skills (written and verbal).
