The Assistant Manager, Testing is responsible for supporting specific functional business areas by analyzing information system needs and user requirements. This role plays a crucial part in improving IT systems and ensuring alignment with business goals through effective stakeholder management and process analysis.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve reviewing business applications and performing gap analysis within an Agile framework. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and application teams to drive the SIT and UAT phases of IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience, specifically on Mobile Application projects.
Proven expertise in the Agile working model and writing user stories.
Comprehensive knowledge of software development processes, including design and programming.
Advanced ability to perform GAP analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
Strong experience working in collaborative environments with onshore and offshore teams.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in Testing Management or the Insurance Domain is a significant advantage.
