As an Assistant Manager, you will support specific functional business areas by analyzing information system needs and user requirements. You will be responsible for reviewing business applications, performing gap analysis, and creating user stories within an Agile framework. The role involves managing internal stakeholders to drive SIT and UAT phases while coordinating with application teams to deliver IT solutions aligned with business goals. You will play a key role in improving the operation of IT systems through process mapping and root cause analysis.
Minimum of 5 years of Business Analysis experience, specifically on Mobile Application projects.
Proven expertise in the Agile working model and writing user stories.
Comprehensive knowledge of software development processes, including design and programming.
Advanced ability to perform GAP analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
Strong experience working in collaborative environments with onshore and offshore teams.
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in Testing Management or the Insurance Domain is a significant advantage.
