Role Summary
The Assistant Manager - Theme Park Theming is responsible for managing the Theming and scenic maintenance of the theme park. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the effectiveness of the overall planned preventive maintenance program and contributes to the overall guest experience.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations related to theming and maintenance within the theme park environment. You will work closely with the Facilities Manager and various teams to ensure high standards of safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Theming and scenic maintenance operations.
- Assist the Facilities Manager in site facility management.
- Implement operation standards to enhance guest experience.
- Minimize plant failure risks through effective maintenance strategies.
- Manage inventory related to theming and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Oversee procurement and vendor management for theming projects.
- Lead and manage the technical team in executing maintenance tasks.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Art & Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent.
Candidates with a Diploma must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Theme Park Theming industry.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience is required.
Familiarity with utilities equipment is required.
Ability to manage ad-hoc related projects.
