Job Description
As an Assistant Merchandiser for the Softline Department, you will engage in daily activities that include planning promotions and conducting store visits. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating monthly promotions and events.
- Monitor product and store performance metrics.
- Support item setup and replenishment processes.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards.
- Provide administrative support to the merchandising team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or any related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in merchandising.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Must be able to work in AEON Taman Maluri, Headquarters officer in Cheras Kuala Lumpur.
