
The Assistant Merchandiser will play a crucial role in supporting the Softline Department by coordinating promotions and monitoring product performance. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
As an Assistant Merchandiser for the Softline Department, you will assist in planning and coordinating monthly promotions and events. Your role includes monitoring product and store performance, supporting item setup and replenishment, liaising with suppliers, conducting store visits, and providing administrative support to the merchandising team.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, or any related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in merchandising.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Must be able to work in AEON Taman Maluri, Headquarters officer in Cheras Kuala Lumpur.
