The Assistant Miller will oversee the production lines in a flour milling facility, ensuring efficiency and quality compliance. This role involves managing daily operations, promoting safety, and facilitating staff training.

As an Assistant Miller, you will be responsible for planning, controlling, and managing the efficient operation of production lines to meet daily targets. This includes executing the daily shift production schedule, operating and balancing wheat cleaning and flour milling production lines, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also promote a safe workplace culture, manage training initiatives for staff, and oversee quality compliance to avoid customer complaints. Continuous improvement in production processes will be a key focus.
