As a Retail Supervisor, you will assist in managing the depot or retail operations to ensure optimal stock levels, order fulfillment, and timely delivery. Your responsibilities include producing quality products following FIFO procedures, training new personnel, managing cash collections and sales, performing administrative functions, and maintaining operational policies and safety regulations. You will also oversee the maintenance and housekeeping of depot or retail assets to ensure smooth operations.
