Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in F&B operations, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
Good leadership skills and able to manage the restaurant independently.
Strong guest engagement and able to handle complaints confidently.
Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
Good food and beverage knowledge with upselling skills.
Able to lead, train and motivate the team.
Understand revenue, cost control and basic P&L.
Able to manage manpower, roster and daily operations.
Able to adapt to and comply with Shangri-La’s food safety, hygiene, and hotel SOPs.
Good English communication skills.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Positive attitude, well-groomed and able to work under pressure.
Ready to take ownership and accountability for the outlet.
