Assistant Production Supervisor cum Line Leader – Baba Eco Group

The Assistant Production Supervisor cum Line Leader is responsible for coordinating the overall operations of the production department. This role ensures that manufacturing processes run reliably, efficiently, and on time, impacting the overall productivity and quality of the output.

In this role, you will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that schedules are met and quality standards are upheld. You will work closely with team members and other managers to facilitate smooth operations and address any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor planning and organizing production schedules.
• Ensure raw material and product security and proper documentation of transactions.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are met.
• Train and guide subordinates under supervision.
• Select, order, and purchase materials.
• Organize relevant training sessions.
• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
• Monitor production to resolve issues and handle day-to-day issues.
• Ensure output meets quality standards.
• Recruit, orientate, train, assign, schedule, coach, and discipline production staff.
