Job Description
As a Merchandiser at the Lahad Datu branch, you are responsible for maintaining the visual standards and stock availability of BABA'S products across various retail outlets. You will implement standard display procedures, ensure products are arranged according to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle, and monitor shelf-life to minimize returns. The role involves daily reporting to sales supervisors, coordinating with store managers, and ensuring that spice and flour products are displayed in high-visibility positions to drive consumer engagement.
Job Requirements
Ability to strictly follow standard display and FIFO procedures.
Willingness to wear the company uniform at all times during working hours.
Strong communication skills for daily reporting and outlet manager coordination.
Proactive in monitoring stock levels and shelf-life of goods.
Capable of physical tasks including arranging products from 25g to 3kg sizes.
Disciplined and punctual in attending assigned promotion outlets.
Adaptable to additional tasks as instructed by the Sales Supervisor.
