Job Description
As a Merchandiser at the Lahad Datu branch, you will engage in daily activities that involve ensuring the proper display and stock management of products. You will work closely with sales supervisors and store managers in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain visual standards of product displays.
- Implement standard display procedures effectively.
- Ensure products are arranged according to the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle.
- Monitor shelf-life to minimize product returns.
- Report daily to sales supervisors on stock levels and display status.
- Coordinate with store managers to optimize product placement.
- Display spice and flour products in high-visibility positions to enhance consumer engagement.
Job Requirements
Strong communication skills for effective reporting and coordination.
Ability to follow standard display and FIFO procedures strictly.
Willingness to wear the company uniform during working hours.
Proactive in monitoring stock levels and shelf-life of goods.
Capable of performing physical tasks related to product arrangement.
Disciplined and punctual in attending assigned promotion outlets.
