Job Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and luxury hospitality practices.
Proven ability to lead multicultural teams with empathy and effectiveness.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Mandarin or additional languages an advantage).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
