Role Summary
The Assistant Sales Manager - MICE is responsible for driving sales for MICE attraction products. This role involves developing sales strategies and managing client relationships to enhance business opportunities in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily sales activities, collaborate with various internal departments, and ensure successful event execution. You will be part of a vibrant team focused on delivering exceptional MICE experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for MICE attraction products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare proposals.
- Manage and nurture client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless event execution.
- Conduct sales calls and client meetings as required.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Event Management or related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in MICE sales, hotel sales, event management, attraction sales, or related hospitality field.
Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and account management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Dynamics 365 or equivalent CRM systems.
