Job Description
Oversee the operation of M Spa, including budgeting, marketing, financial performance, and service programs. Improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance. Lead recruitment, training, and development of spa staff. Report to the Assistant/Vice President of Hotel Operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in Spa operations or management
Minimum 3 years in a branding and customer service role
Diploma or Degree in Hotel or Spa management, Marketing, or Operations
Proven track record in the industry
High level of initiative, integrity, and accountability
Good interpersonal skills
