In this position, you will engage in the daily operations of M Spa, ensuring a high standard of service and financial performance. You will work closely with the spa team to foster a positive environment and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operation of M Spa.
- Manage budgeting and financial performance metrics.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services.
- Enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional service programs.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of spa staff.
- Monitor and improve employee satisfaction and performance.
- Report directly to the Assistant/Vice President of Hotel Operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years of experience in spa operations or management.
Minimum 3 years in a branding and customer service role.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel or Spa management, Marketing, or Operations.
Proven track record in the industry.
High level of initiative, integrity, and accountability.
Good interpersonal skills.
