Responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and assisting with special projects to ensure timely completion. The role requires efficient administrative support, including document management and expense reporting, to enhance the CEO's productivity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as an executive/personal assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in document management and office coordination.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience in project management is an advantage.
