Job Description
The Assistant Tradesman HVAC&R will engage in daily operations that involve maintenance and repair tasks within the utility plants and hotel properties. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with the engineering team and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply utilities and perform maintenance services at Utility Plants and Hotel Properties.
- Ensure compliance with Engineering Integrated Management System requirements.
- Assist Engineering Management with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC&R systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC&R equipment as necessary.
- Document maintenance activities and report issues promptly.
Job Requirements
Certificate in Mechanical or Certificate of Competency.
STPM/SPM with a minimum of 1 year related working experience.
Preference for candidates with certification in Air-Conditioning / HVAC System / Competent Wireman.
Must be eager to learn new skills and knowledge.
Strong commitment to self-improvement.
