In this position, you will oversee the execution of transformation programs and ensure effective after-sales support. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programs across various departments.
- Drive operational improvements through process optimization and innovation.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Systems), Operations Management, or Project/Program Management.
Preferred: Master's degree or MBA for strategic and leadership roles.
10–15 years of relevant experience in operations, transformation, or program management.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of operational KPIs and process improvement methodologies.
