Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of transformation programs across various departments.
- Drive operational improvements through process optimization and innovation.
- Manage stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
- Foster a culture of innovation, including the integration of Generative AI.
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs to track performance and improvements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Systems), Operations Management, or Project/Program Management.
Preferred: Master's degree or MBA for strategic and leadership roles.
10–15 years of relevant experience in operations, transformation, or program management.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of operational KPIs and process improvement methodologies.
