The Associate Director for System Support at AIA is responsible for leading transformation strategies and managing the delivery of transformation programs related to after-sales policy administration. The role involves driving operational improvements, managing stakeholder and vendor relationships, and fostering innovation including the use of Generative AI.
The role is responsible for providing after-sales support to policy-related administrative processes. The position involves defining and executing transformation strategies, leading end-to-end delivery of transformation programs, and driving operational improvements. The incumbent will also manage stakeholder engagement, vendor oversight, and foster a culture of innovation including the integration of Generative AI.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Systems), Operations Management, or Project/Program Management.
Preferred: Master's degree or MBA for strategic and leadership roles.
10–15 years of relevant experience in operations, transformation, or program management.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of operational KPIs, process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), financial acumen (budgeting, ROI analysis), and compliance standards (EHS, ITC, Quality).
Strategic and analytical thinking, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to lead in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Talent development, succession planning, and high emotional intelligence.
