Job Description
As an Associate Manager for UAT, you will lead the testing efforts for the Policy Service team across various platforms including Customer, Sales, and Policy Administration systems. Your role involves analyzing business requirements, developing rigorous test plans, and executing UAT cases to ensure system integrity. You will collaborate with IT teams to resolve defects, optimize test flows, and sign off on results. Additionally, you will prepare training materials and support project-based UAT tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Job Requirements
Must be certified in BAU transactions within Policy Services functions.
Essential insurance domain knowledge and expertise in UAT methodology.
Experience in analyzing business processes and system change requests.
Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and UAT cases.
Skilled in defect resolution and collaborating with IT stakeholders.
Ability to prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.
Experience in cross-platform testing including Customer, Sales, and Workflow systems.
