Job Description
As an Associate Manager for UAT, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve analyzing business requirements and executing user acceptance testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the testing efforts for the Policy Service team across multiple platforms.
- Analyze business requirements to develop rigorous test plans.
- Execute UAT cases to ensure system integrity and functionality.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Optimize test flows to enhance testing efficiency.
- Prepare training materials for user training sessions.

Job Requirements
Must be certified in BAU transactions within Policy Services functions.
Essential insurance domain knowledge and expertise in UAT methodology.
Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and UAT cases.
Experience in analyzing business processes and system change requests.
Skilled in defect resolution and collaborating with IT stakeholders.
