Key Responsibilities:

- Lead short-term projects with defined scopes to enhance service delivery.
- Develop and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide training on products and services to customers and internal teams.
- Offer technical advice to solve problems or improve business operations.
- Assist customers with loss prevention and claims issues.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience in bancassurance or financial services.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
