The role involves driving growth and profitability of assigned products through risk selection, pricing, negotiation, sales, retention, and quality service. The incumbent will actively manage daily work processes for a designated territory to achieve operational and strategic goals, analyze needs to recommend process and product improvements, lead short-term projects, and maintain profitable relationships with new and existing customers. Additional responsibilities include assisting customers with loss prevention, claims issues, product training, providing training to customers and Strategic Business Unit personnel, offering technical advice to solve problems or improve business, maintaining positive customer relationships through regular interactions, anticipating customer needs, monitoring trends to suggest changes, and resolving technical issues within the function or unit.
