Role Summary
The BPSR Senior Manager is responsible for managing and guiding the implementation of safety and security programs. This role plays a critical part in assessing and mitigating risks, maintaining operational continuity, and safeguarding personnel and assets in compliance with company and government standards.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of security programs and collaborate with various teams to ensure a safe working environment. You will report directly to the Loss Prevention & Investigations Director and work closely with other departments to enhance security measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide the implementation of safety and security programs.
- Assess and mitigate risks to maintain operational continuity.
- Safeguard personnel and assets in compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance security measures.
- Monitor and evaluate security systems and software.
- Provide training and support to staff on security protocols.
- Conduct investigations related to security incidents.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management.
Job Requirements
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and training.
Typically requires 11+ years of progressively responsible positions within corporate security or related area.
Demonstrates strong communication skills and customer relationship skills.
Requires thorough knowledge of related security systems and software.
Demonstrates expert knowledge of the function and a thorough understanding of Flex and related business.
