The Brand & Content Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and maintaining the brand identity, voice, and messaging across all channels. This role involves producing video, social content, and creative campaigns, managing PR initiatives, and collaborating closely with product, growth, and design teams to ensure brand consistency. The manager will plan, launch, and optimize paid social and awareness campaigns, track campaign performance, and use analytics to improve and scale successful initiatives.
3–6 years in brand marketing, content creation, or creative production.
Proven experience producing video and social content with a portfolio.
Strong visual storytelling skills and ability to manage end-to-end campaigns.
Creative self-starter capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic understanding of performance marketing and social advertising platforms.
Preferred experience in startup or high-growth environments.
Preferred experience with key opinion leaders, influencers, and PR/media relations.
