This role is for a Business Analyst Consultant at AIA, focusing on facilitating accurate user requirements and managing User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements and projects within the Customer Experience Division. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders, overseeing testing activities, and supporting post-deployment processes to ensure alignment with business and organizational goals.
This role involves facilitating and creating accurate and clear User Requirements for all system enhancements, projects, new products, and production incidents related to the Customer Experience Division. The position also manages User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for these initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational strategies. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, facilitating stakeholder discussions, documenting business outcomes, preparing test strategies and plans, managing test resources, monitoring test execution and defects, and providing post-deployment support. The role requires daily tracking of progress and issues, developing junior analysts, managing various stakeholder relationships, project managing small-scale system enhancements or process changes, and proposing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and test management.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline (e.g., Business, Finance, IT)
7-8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services and policy servicing
Strong command of English (written and spoken)
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Able to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office applications
Results-driven with a customer-oriented mindset
