
The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful software development and implementation.
In this role, you will work closely with business users to gather requirements and conduct functional analysis within a dynamic software development environment. You will play a crucial part in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring that business processes are effectively mapped and communicated.
Key Responsibilities:
At least 2-3 years of experience in software development projects.
Strong command of English for professional communication.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
Familiarity with BPM, UML diagramming, and User Stories.
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau) is an advantage.
Good knowledge of software development and technical background is a plus.
