Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with business users to gather requirements and conduct functional analysis within a dynamic software development environment. You will play a crucial part in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring that business processes are effectively mapped and communicated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support post go-live user requests and troubleshooting.
- Plan and execute user training and testing sessions.
- Coordinate project sprints and scrum sessions with the project team.
- Ensure successful project completion by collaborating with team members.
Job Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in software development projects.
Strong command of English for professional communication.
Proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
Familiarity with BPM, UML diagramming, and User Stories.
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau) is an advantage.
Good knowledge of software development and technical background is a plus.
