
The Business Development Executive is responsible for acquiring new merchants that align with the client's objectives. This role involves managing relationships with existing merchants and requires staying informed about industry trends to identify opportunities.
In this position, you will engage in daily interactions with merchants, presenting partnership opportunities and negotiating terms. You will also address concerns and gather feedback to enhance services provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess at least a recognized Diploma/Degree/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or equivalent.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
Strong understanding of merchant operations and customer-centric solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
