The Sales Executive role involves expanding TAGY, a SaaS platform designed to digitalise MSMEs across Malaysia. The executive will identify merchant needs, present TAGY's solutions, and drive subscription growth by managing the full sales cycle and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities include onboarding MSMEs from various sectors, conducting product demonstrations, participating in digitalisation events, maintaining a sales pipeline, recommending appropriate TAGY modules, building long-term client relationships, and providing feedback to improve products and customer experience.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Interest in technology and business digitalisation.
Ability to explain product features in simple and practical terms.
Self driven and able to manage time well.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting merchants on site.
Experience in SaaS, POS systems, or MSME digitalisation is an added advantage.
TikTok Live experience is a bonus.
