The Business Development Executive role focuses on generating revenue and expanding the customer base in Malaysia and Singapore through strategic sales planning. The position involves building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining sales pipelines for forecasting. The executive also collaborates with various stakeholders to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction.
The Business Development Executive is responsible for overall revenue generation in Malaysia and/or Singapore. The role involves designing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve both long-term and short-term growth, expanding the customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining healthy sales pipelines for regular forecasting. The executive works with various stakeholders, particularly targeting business owners and senior managers, to understand client needs, generate proposals, present services, and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, this role requires establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, suggesting internal marketing campaigns, conducting competitive market research, and aggressively pursuing assigned sales targets.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
Working experience in Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Information Technology is advantageous.
1-3 years of experience with the ability to generate new business independently.
Fluent verbal and written English skills are required.
Knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
