Role Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for overall revenue generation in Malaysia and/or Singapore. This role involves designing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve both long-term and short-term growth while expanding the customer base and maintaining healthy sales pipelines.

Job Description

The Business Development Executive engages in daily activities that include understanding client needs, generating proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with various stakeholders, particularly business owners and senior managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Maintain healthy sales pipelines for regular forecasting.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Suggest internal marketing campaigns to enhance visibility.
  • Conduct competitive market research to inform strategies.
  • Aggressively pursue assigned sales targets.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Mass Communication.

1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.

Working experience in Digital Marketing, SaaS, or Information Technology is advantageous.

Fluent verbal and written English skills are required.

Knowledge of Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Professional communication and presentation skills.
