Experience in Corporate Sales/B2B, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in an advertising agency (preferable), with at least 2-3 years in a management role such as a sales manager or supervisor.
Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Negotiation skills, Presentation Skills, Corporate Communications, Critical thinking Skills, Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Development of Training Materials and People management skill.
Task prioritisation and Time Management.
Good to have technical skills in Digital Marketing including Meta Business Managers, Facebook, Instagram Ads.
Good to have technical skills in Influencer Marketing using Influencer’s Analytic tools.
Good to have technical skills in Google SEM SEO tools such as SEMRush, Google Trends, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Google Analytics.
Good to have skills in Reporting tools including Google Looker Studio, SEMRush, SE Ranking.
