At least 2-3 years in a management role such as a sales manager or supervisor.
Proficiency in Mandarin for effective communication with clients.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Experience in developing training materials and managing people.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and influencer marketing analytics.
