Role Summary
The Digital Account Executive (SEO) is responsible for collaborating with the SEO team to develop and implement Google marketing projects. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring client objectives are met through effective communication and project management.
Job Description
In this position, you will work closely with the SEO team to manage various digital marketing projects, including SEO, SEM, and website development. You will engage with clients to provide exceptional service and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the SEO team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction through effective communication.
- Address client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain regular updates and communication with clients.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships throughout all project stages.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Utilize SEO tools to analyze and report on project performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Experience in client servicing and account management.
Basic knowledge of SEO, including keyword ranking and Meta tags.
1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, or web development.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin required for Chinese clients.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
