As a Business Development Manager for East Malaysia, you will accelerate Schneider Electric’s growth across Sabah and Sarawak. You will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders like consultants and EPCs. The role involves identifying priority segments such as Water, Buildings, and Utilities, influencing specifications early in the cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions that drive demand and pipeline growth.
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within building, industrial, or energy sectors.
Proven ability to open new accounts and develop new markets effectively.
Strong network with consultants, EPCs, and end users in Sabah or Sarawak.
Knowledge of MV/LV systems, UPS, BMS/EMS, Industrial Automation, or Sustainability.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Ability to lead opportunity shaping and support multi-BU deal strategies.
