Minimum 5 years in BD, client servicing, partnerships, or account management.
Experience in digital, creative, IT, SaaS, or marketing environments.
Strong communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills.
Able to understand and explain website, app, or digital marketing concepts at a high level.
Mature, organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Stable career history (avoid frequent job-hopping).
Able to work on-site in Puchong.
Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-management skills.
No deep technical knowledge required 6 proposal strategy and scoping will be supported by senior leadership.
Engage prospective clients and understand their business needs.
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
Identify opportunities in web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and qualify leads.
Prepare clear briefs for senior leadership to shape proposals.
Lead early-stage meetings, capability presentations, and follow-ups.
Maintain a structured pipeline with consistent communication rhythm.
Represent the agency professionally in all client interactions.
