The Business Offer Manager - Low Voltage (Marketing) is responsible for leading the Low Voltage systems and Busway portfolios for the Malaysian market. This role involves strategic decision-making in product marketing and collaboration with sales teams to drive business growth.

Job Description

In this position, you will oversee the daily operations related to product marketing strategies and business development for Low Voltage systems. You will work in a dynamic environment, engaging with various stakeholders to ensure successful market implementation and product lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of marketing strategies for Low Voltage systems.
  • Define and implement pricing strategies for product offerings.
  • Monitor market trends and assess competitive landscape.
  • Conduct business development research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Deliver technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage product lifecycles from launch to withdrawal.

Job Requirements

Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience.

Strong expertise in pricing strategy and offer management.

Familiarity with power distribution equipment and LV solutions.

Proven skills in business development and market research.

Ability to deliver technical trainings and presentations.

Additional degree in Economics, Management, or Marketing is preferred.
