The role involves managing client expectations during onsite installations while ensuring projects are delivered flawlessly. This position requires a balance between meticulous project execution and strategic business growth.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a combined operations/project management and business development role.
Experience in interior design, architecture, landscaping, luxury goods, or the art sector is a significant advantage.
Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
Ability to close new deals and grow existing accounts, comfortable with sales targets.
Strong skills in budgeting, cost estimation, and profitability analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to inspire confidence in clients, collaborate with creative designers, and lead installation teams.
Genuine appreciation for design, art, and nature with the ability to communicate the benefits of biophilic design.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
