
The Business Portfolio Management, Retail Assets is responsible for providing essential support for product systems within Retail Assets and Retail Banking Distribution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction through effective problem resolution and system training.
The intern will engage in daily user support activities, addressing system errors and collaborating with IT to enhance system functionality. The work environment is dynamic, requiring proactive engagement with various stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years working experience in sales, credit processing, customer service, project management, or finance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Innovative and active team player, committed, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently and network across various business and support units.
Experience in a fast-moving business environment.
Familiarity with CBS (CIF and Financing Module) is a must.
Ability to multi-task, with strong numerical skills and great attention to detail.
