Job Description
As an intern in the Information Technology Services department, you will engage in resolving technical issues and supporting IT operations. Responsibilities include assisting with IT deployment projects, providing technical support to users, and maintaining IT equipment. You will also help manage the asset database and ensure timely resolution of hardware incidents, contributing to the overall efficiency of the firm's IT services.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Experienced Diploma holders or candidates with MCSE or CCNA qualifications are welcome
Fresh graduates with strong IT interest encouraged to apply
Knowledge of LAN infrastructure and troubleshooting is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Independent, organized, and able to multitask
Good command of English, both written and spoken
