Flex is a leading diversified manufacturing partner that collaborates with market-leading brands to design, build, and deliver innovative products. We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (ERP Finance systems) to join our team in Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur. This role involves scoping exercises to gather requirements, training key users on the Baan Finance module, and designing processes that comply with corporate finance requirements. You will also conduct testing sessions, support go-live migrations, and provide post-live assistance while attending global meetings relevant to implementation.
Job Requirements
Graduate in Finance diploma, Degree, or Professional Course (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, LCCI)
3-5 years of experience in Finance Operations
Familiarity with the Finance Month End Closing process
Experience with ERP systems, particularly Baan 5 and LN preferred
