Job Description
As a CAD Engineer, you will engage in the daily preparation of CAD drawings and models, working closely with various teams to meet project specifications. You will also support prototype development and maintain documentation to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings and 3D models based on specifications.
- Create and optimize CNC toolpaths for production efficiency.
- Modify drawings and CNC programs according to feedback received.
- Generate production and assembly drawings to support manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards throughout the design process.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability.
- Support prototype development and assist in machine setup verification.
Job Requirements
Proficient in CAD software for 2D and 3D modeling.
Experience in CNC programming and toolpath optimization.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and standards.
Ability to modify designs based on feedback.
Excellent coordination skills with engineering teams.
