Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging professionally and promptly
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support new customer onboarding
Follow up on customer requests, complaints, and delivery matters
Process sales orders accurately and timely in the system
Coordinate with production, technical, purchasing, and logistics departments for smooth order fulfillment
Monitor delivery schedules and update management and customers on shipment status
Prepare invoices, delivery orders, and related sales documents
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, reports, and customer documentation
