Job Description
The Cadet Engineer will engage in hands-on training and support the operational activities of the palm oil mill. The work environment is dynamic, focusing on both operational efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in palm oil mill operations.
- Learn all aspects of mill operations through structured training.
- Execute special tasks assigned by the Mill Manager.
- Participate in Occupational Safety and Health activities organized by the company.
- Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with standards.
- Support maintenance activities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Job Requirements
Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or relevant qualification.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in palm oil mill.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in remote areas.
Willingness to relocate across Malaysia.
Good physical fitness.
Possess own transport.
