Cadet Engineer – Boustead Estates Agency Sdn Bhd

The Cadet Engineer will support the Mill Manager in daily operations of the palm oil mill. This role involves hands-on training and learning about mill operations while ensuring quality and efficiency.

To assist the Mill Manager in performing day-to-day mill operations and maintenance, ensuring that products produced are within quality limits, efficient, and cost-effective. Key responsibilities include assisting in palm oil mill operations, learning all aspects of mill operations through training, executing special tasks assigned, and participating in Occupational Safety and Health activities organized by the company.
