Job Description
As a Senior Executive in Legal and Compliance, you will provide legal advice and guidance on various matters to internal stakeholders, review and negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits, and collaborate with departments to maintain compliance procedures. Additionally, you will oversee the contract lifecycle and interact with regulatory authorities to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Economics or related
4 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance
Skills in financial modelling, accountancy, valuation and analysis
Good written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Proficient in MS Office
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Willingness to travel and possess own transport
