The role involves coordinating between the manager and manufacturing staff to ensure the proper functioning of the manufacturing section. The position includes responsibilities such as maintaining constant weighing of GOOT on the production floor, meeting manufacturing targets, and overseeing adherence to documented procedures and instructions in accordance with ISO 9001. The role requires improving manufacturing efficiency through time and motion studies, verifying equipment cleaning monitoring sheets and related forms, analyzing production reports, and submitting findings and recommendations. Additionally, the role supervises and leads production teams, fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. It involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement, implementing best practices and lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP procedures, equipment and facilities cleaning plans, and good housekeeping rules.
