The Canteen Assistant Manager is responsible for coordinating between the manager and manufacturing staff to ensure the proper functioning of the manufacturing section. This role significantly impacts manufacturing efficiency and compliance with industry standards.

In this role, you will oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that manufacturing targets are met while adhering to documented procedures. You will lead production teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between management and manufacturing staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain constant weighing of GOOT on the production floor.
• Analyze production reports and submit findings and recommendations.
• Supervise and lead production teams to enhance accountability and teamwork.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP procedures, and good housekeeping rules.
